Here's the RTL Fasteners Team.

Rich
Rich has always had an entrepreneurial spirit so together with his wife Tamara, they started RTL Fasteners around the kitchen table over 20 years ago. They turned Rich's hobby into a business that has grown from a house full of screws, to a commercial office and warehouse with thousands of products tailored to RC planes, drones, robotics, cars and electronics. Sold all over the world, RTL's fasteners can also be found in many of your local hobby shops in addition to the online stores and distributors. As a fellow modeler, you can be confident that all of Rich's products are something he would use himself.

When Rich isn't working (and sometimes when he is), he explores numerous hobbies and interests. In addition to being an RC modeler, he also finds time exploring amateur astronomy, oil painting and classical music. His newest venture is learning how to cook on his 100,000 BTU wok!

Madison
Madison is our Office Manager and “Go to Person” with extensive knowledge and experience with RTL. She is married, with two cats and is a practicing Fine Artist.

Kathleen
Kathleen is the Assistant Office Manager and provides administrative support to the RTL team. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and pets.

Cheyanne
Cheyanne takes care of all things related to order processing and inventory control. She enjoys spending time with her family and loving on her two dogs Maze and Nena.

Tara
Tara assists with order processing and inventory control. She is married with two kids and enjoys traveling and being outdoors along with their dog Bentley.

Jamie
Jamie helps with inventory production. She is married with three children and enjoys taking them on outdoor adventures.
